PWC Capital LLC offers three core consulting packages designed to meet founders at different growth stages. Here's what you get with each one. PWC Capital LLC offers the following consulting services: Strategy Session — A one-time, 30-minute session including a business assessment, written action roadmap, and Q&A. Priced at $650 per session. Growth Package — Monthly consulting including strategy calls, marketing plan development, operations review, and email support. Priced at $2,500 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment. Accelerator Program — Comprehensive consulting including weekly calls, full marketing strategy, operations overhaul, financial planning, and direct access to your consultant. Pricing is custom and quoted per engagement. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service details, deliverables, and timelines will be confirmed prior to or at the time of payment.
PWC Capital LLC offers straightforward payment options with flexible scheduling to fit your business needs and budget. 3. Payment Terms Payment is collected at the time of booking or prior to the commencement of services. We accept payment via credit card and other methods made available through our payment processor. One-time services (Strategy Session): Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Monthly retainers (Growth Package, Accelerator Program): The first month's payment is due prior to the start of services. Subsequent monthly payments are billed automatically on the same date each month. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. By providing payment information, you authorize PWC Capital LLC to charge the agreed amount for the selected service.

Monthly retainer clients (Growth Package and Accelerator Program) may cancel ongoing services with 30 days written notice sent to info@pwcbusiness.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period following the 30-day notice. No refunds will be issued for the notice period or any prior payments. The Growth Package requires a 3-month minimum commitment. Cancellation requests submitted before the completion of the 3-month minimum do not waive any remaining payments due under that commitment.
All sales are final. PWC Capital LLC does not offer refunds on any services. 6. Rescheduling Clients may request to reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours advance notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be treated as a forfeited session at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability. 7. Consulting Relationship — No Guarantees PWC Capital LLC provides strategic guidance, recommendations, and frameworks based on our experience and analysis of your business. All consulting services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue targets, growth rates, or results of any kind. The success of any strategy depends on many factors outside our control, including client implementation, market conditions, and other variables. Nothing in our engagement constitutes legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Clients are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for matters requiring licensed expertise. 8. Confidentiality PWC Capital LLC treats all client business information shared during our engagement as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Clients similarly agree to treat any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or materials provided by PWC Capital LLC as confidential. 9. Intellectual Property All consulting frameworks, templates, presentations, and materials created by PWC Capital LLC remain the intellectual property of PWC Capital LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use materials delivered as part of their engagement for their own internal business purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, PWC Capital LLC's total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. PWC Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. 11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas. 12. Changes to These Terms PWC Capital LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
